About Joni Page

Joni Page lives and loves in beautiful friendly South Australia with her family, a bountiful garden, overflowing bookcases, and cupboards full of boardgames. She holds degrees in Teaching and Psychology, and Honours in Education.

Joni Page is an observer of life with all its intricacies.

Joni’s writing dabbles in psychology, relationships, friendships, career ambitions, romance, science fiction, cooking, gardening and mental health, but always focusses on life’s big ticket items of purpose, fun, contentment and progress.

Joni believes fiction can entertain, amuse and enlighten. She lovingly crafts stories about people who are asking themselves big questions about what they want from life. Things don’t always go their way, but they are brave and persistent, and they triumph.

Joni also writes non-fiction helpful books, hoping to support people who aim to cut a path through difficulties in everyday life.

Joni has loved writing since she was little, although it took several disasters before she realised the way forward in her life was through writing. She was proud to be published in the award-winning anthology The Sound of Silence: Journeys Through Miscarriage.

Her second book is due out in 2026.
