Wobbly Wednesday #2

Today is Week 2 of my #WobblyWednesday posts.

Wednesday is known as Hump Day because it’s the middle day of the week. After that, it’s all smooth sliding to the weekend. We hope.

But sometimes, when the wheels have come off midweek, it’s important to remember life doesn’t travel in a straight line. A difficult or exhausting issue or, heck, even just life-as-usual sometimes, requires rest and a clear mind.

So take a few minutes away from the hubbub if you can. Listening to anxiety is important. If we can pinpoint why that anxiety is visiting, we just might be able to solve the problem, choose our reaction, or figure out what help we need.

Like that beautiful seagull in the corner of the picture, if we are able to listen to our surrounds, glide into the flow, and shoot the breeze for a while, we might hopefully turn in the right direction towards some solutions.
